The organization between them also seems to be lacking. To have a greater impact, Right at Home could have called their client when they had issues with caregivers not showing up to inform them of what was going on. For my husband, it would be nice if they could do more actual hands on personal care for him. We have a female provider and he doesn't want that yet. I think the people in the office that I deal with are great and work very, very hard to provide the services we've needed.
